They are going to unify 3 of their businesses Daze Travel, Dynasty Travel, and 2point4 Travel. This includes the movement of all the 10 offices comprising of the selling units, into one office building. Additionally, it has all the necessary information to effectively and efficiently create a project plan, that will successfully execute the project and project management methodologies. For handling the project, it is critical to follow the normal benchmarks of project management, such as the PMBOK or the Project Management Body of Knowledge. The success of the event is ensured by this, and it will be easy to manage. PMBOK is famous in the domain of project management since it can be applied to all typeS of projects and it has been proven to be effective. The main difference between PMBOK and other famous processes such as PRINCE2 is that PMBOK provides the core structure of the accounts and scope management. Project Scope Goals The most prosperous business section is the rewarding market of holiday packages, that is currently segmented into 3 exclusive selling operations, requires relocation into one steadfast call center so that it can continue to offer excellent customer services. Additionally, the organization will be able to handle the dynamic and increasing expectations and requirement of the consumers. Project manager will create the plan of the project. The approval for the event from the organization will be tackled by the project manager. The event venue requires approval. The kind of crafts which are allowed to be sold requires approval. The resources roles and responsibilities require approval. Technical Requirement The projects operational requirement is a parking lot which will support the vehicles of 100 employees.
